Covers for 3 different sketchbooks.

Overview

From a young age, I've had a passion for drawing. I'd watch cartoons or play video games and attempt to sketch the characters. As the years went by, I enrolled in drawing classes, witnessed my art style evolve, and dedicated countless hours to practice. While I often integrate my illustrations into my professional work, I still find joy in drawing during my leisure moments. For me, drawing has evolved into a therapeutic outlet – the presence of a pencil and paper provides a sense of comfort, knowing I can create something.

Expressing ideas visually has become my preferred mode of communication. Having the ability to convey my thoughts through illustration is a skill I deeply value and take pride in.

Inktober

Each October, artists engage in Inktober, a creative challenge where a daily prompt word is assigned for the entire month. Everyone follows the same prompt but interprets it uniquely. In 2022, I joined Inktober for the first time, diligently creating a daily ink drawing throughout the month. I maintained a consistent blue palette and incorporated crosshatching to establish a thematic element. Each day's word inspired me to draw whatever came to mind.

This artistic tradition has become an annual event for me, and I continue to participate in Inktober each year, exploring various forms of media to express my creativity.
